Nous migrons le service de Webinaire vers une nouvelle infrastructure d'hébergement. Des interruptions de service sont à prévoir tout au long de l'intervention, le vendredi 9 octobre de 19:00 à 23:00 (heure de Paris).
Impact attendu :
- Le service peut être indisponible ou instable par moments.
- Les réunions en cours sur ce créneau peuvent être interrompues.
- Nous vous recommandons de ne pas planifier de réunion importante pendant cette fenêtre.
ACTION REQUISE : nouvelle configuration réseau
Après la migration, le service sera joignable via de nouveaux noms et de nouvelles adresses IP. Si votre organisation filtre les flux sortants (pare-feu, proxy, liste blanche), autorisez les éléments suivants avant le vendredi 9 octobre à 19:00 :

We are moving the Webinar service to a new hosting infrastructure. Expect service interruptions throughout the maintenance window on Friday, October 9, from 19:00 to 23:00 (Paris time).
Expected impact:
- The service may be unavailable or unstable at times.
- Meetings running during this window may be disconnected.
- We recommend not scheduling important meetings during this window.
ACTION REQUIRED: new network configuration
After the migration, the service will be reached through new host names and IP addresses. If your organisation filters outbound traffic (firewall, proxy, allowlist), allow the following before Friday, October 9 at 19:00:
Video conferencing: livenow-ct.talkspirit.com (93.187.42.138)

- UDP 16384–32768
STUN/TURN relay: eturnal-ct.talkspirit.com (93.187.42.130)

Without these rules, your users may be unable to join meetings or may lose audio and video.
